Rick Callahan

Rick Callahan has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and organizations. Rick currently works as an Executive Search Consultant at Vanderbloemen since May 2021. Prior to this, Rick was a Certified Christian Leadership Coach at Coach Approach Ministries starting in October 2020. Rick also served as an Adjunct Professor at Bethel University from May 2020 onwards. Rick's previous role as a Catalytic Coach at The Billy Graham Center's Church Evangelism Initiative began in September 2019. Before that, they held multiple positions at The Chapel, including Pastor of Mission Mobilization from February 2019 to June 2021, Teaching Pastor from June 2017 to June 2021, and Campus Pastor from January 2017 to June 2021. Rick's work experience also includes being the Lead Pastor at River Valley Church from July 2004 to March 2016.

Rick Callahan completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible/Biblical Studies/ Psychology at Evangel University from 1984 to 1988. Later, from 1990 to 1993, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Religious Education at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. In 2012, they enrolled at George Fox University and obtained a Doctor of Ministry degree with a focus on Semiotics, Church, and Culture, completing their studies in 2015.
