William Vanderbloemen's work experience includes founding and serving as the CEO of Vanderbloemen Search Group, where they specialize in executive search for ministries and churches. William has also authored a book titled "Next: Pastoral Succession That Works" and has worked as a Senior Vice President/Ministry Practice Leader at FaithSearch Partners. Prior to that, they held the role of Manager, Human Resources at Anadarko Petroleum. William Vanderbloemen has also served as a Senior Pastor and Head of Staff at First Presbyterian Church of Houston and Memorial Presbyterian Church, and as an Associate Pastor at First Presbyterian Church of Hendersonville.
William Vanderbloemen attended Wake Forest University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy/Religion. Following this, they enrolled at Princeton Theological Seminary from 1992 to 1995, attaining a Master of Divinity degree with a focus on the History of Doctrine.
