Leadership Team

About

The current leadership team at VanderHouwen & Associates has a long and varied history in both the public and private sector. They have worked as personnel consultants and recruiters for large corporations such as TRW/Northrop Grumman, Intel Corporation, and Robert Half International. They have also served in the military as Flight Officers for the United States Navy and United Airlines. More recently, they have worked in staffing management for Meridian Technology Group and SolutionsIQ. All members of the team have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, with most having degrees in Human Resources, Economics, or Organizational Communication.
