Aru Uppal

Aru Uppal currently serves as Associate Vice President - Human Resources (APAC) at Vanderlande since August 2023. Previously, Aru held the position of Head Human Resources at Data Dynamics from January 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies, leading talent acquisition, promoting employee engagement, and managing HR operations. Aru also worked at Optymyze as Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager, focusing on HR strategy and performance management. Prior experiences include roles at ZS Associates, ThoughtWorks, and Xpanxion, with a consistent focus on HR processes, talent management, and employee development across various organizations. Aru holds a Research Doctorate in Human Resources Management from Chitkara University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
