Astrid van der Heijden

Astrid van der Heijden currently serves as the People Development Manager for the Data & Analytics team at Vanderlande, where responsibilities include line management, people development, coordination of HR activities, coaching on agile methodologies, and promoting data literacy. Astrid has advanced through various roles within the Data & Analytics department at Vanderlande since February 2020, including positions as an Analytics Engineer and Jr. Business Intelligence Specialist, alongside completing a master's thesis on Business Intelligence with a final grade of 8. Prior experience includes a role as a Student Consultant at VVA-informatisering, focusing on digitization and project management, and as Secretary for Asset | SBIT, where organizational coordination and compliance tasks were handled.
