Sophia Herten

Sophia Herten is an experienced Service Sales Engineer at Vanderlande since September 2021, previously gaining valuable project management and product development experience as an intern at THK RHYTHM AUTOMOTIVE GmbH. During the internship, Sophia supported project managers in customer acquisition and care, corrected technical drawings, and developed skills in CAD using CATIA V5, as well as creating a business case focused on E-Mobility in the R&D department. Additional experience includes roles as a manufacturing intern and helper in electronics logistics at Scheidt & Bachmann. Sophia Herten holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen with a technical focus on Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the same institution, supplemented by a course at Chalmers University of Technology in 2020.
