Jeroen Klein has a diverse work experience. Jeroen is currently a Member Of The Supervisory Board at Zig since January 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Corporate Development, Strategy & Finance at Vandersterre starting from October 2021. Before joining Vandersterre, Jeroen worked at Oliver Wyman from 2015 to 2021, starting as a Consultant and progressing to Senior Consultant, Associate, and finally Engagement Manager. Jeroen also worked as a Corporate Affairs Officer at Vandersterre from August 2020 to February 2021. In terms of their educational background, Jeroen was a participant at the Netherlands-Asia Honours Summer School in 2013, where they researched talent attraction strategies for a Dutch multinational. Jeroen also had roles as a Teaching Assistant at University College Roosevelt in 2013 and a Student at UCLA in 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Research Assistant at University College Roosevelt from 2011 to 2012, where they conducted statistical analysis and compiled reports on the success of the institution. Lastly, Jeroen held positions as the Chairperson of the Housing Affairs Council and Secretary of Roosevelt Academy's Fraternity M.D.g. Erodios from 2011 to 2012.

Jeroen Klein began their education with VWO studies at Gemeentelijk Gymnasium, specializing in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics, and History from 2004 to 2010. In 2012, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Economics at UCLA. The following year, in 2011, they attended The University of Hong Kong for a Summer Course focused on Chinese Language and Culture. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2013, Jeroen pursued a BSSc degree at University College Roosevelt, with a major in Economics, International Relations, and Statistics, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Finally, they obtained a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Economics from the University of Oxford, where they studied from 2013 to 2015.
