Imran Jaferey

Imran Jaferey has significant experience in leadership roles in the water and wastewater industry. Imran is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Vandstrom, Inc. since July 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Nanostone Water from March 2018 to June 2020.

Before joining Nanostone Water, Imran worked at Headworks International as the Vice President - Global Sales from March 2016 to March 2018. In this role, they were responsible for managing the global sales and marketing team, project management, engineering, and coordinating the scheduling of the fabrication facility.

Imran's career also includes their tenure at Koch Membrane Systems, where they held various positions such as Sr. Vice President - Water and Wastewater from May 2012 to January 2016, Vice President - Water and Wastewater Sales Americas and Asia-Pacific from November 2008 to May 2012, Business Development Director - Water and Wastewater from March 2007 to November 2008, Business Manager - Industrial Water and Wastewater from March 2001 to March 2007, and Business Development Manager from May 2000 to March 2001. During their time at Koch Membrane Systems, they were responsible for strategy development, managing the global sales organization, evaluating manufacturing expansion needs, reviewing major project bids, negotiating contracts, and identifying new markets and applications for membrane technology.

Prior to their roles at Koch Membrane Systems, Imran worked at Lurgi PSI, Inc. in various roles including Manager - Process Engineering, Sales Manager, and Project Engineer.

Imran Jaferey obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Christian Brothers University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Imran later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance, General at The University of Memphis, from 1992 to 1995.
