Douglas Pheeney

Douglas Pheeney, CIMA®, currently serves as the Director for New England at VanEck since July 2016. Prior to this role, Douglas was Vice President at BlackRock from March 2013 to May 2016, focusing on business development with Financial Advisors in several states. At Putnam Investments, Douglas held the position of Regional Marketing Director from September 2002 to February 2013, where responsibilities included the distribution of various mutual funds and engagement with Financial Advisors across multiple regions. Additionally, Douglas began a career in financial services as an Internal Wholesaler with State Street Research and Management and as a Client Service Representative at Fidelity Investments. Educationally, Douglas earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Denison University, completing studies there between 1996 and 2000, and attended Brooks School from 1993 to 1996.
