Lorissa Brumfiel

Lorissa Brumfiel has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lorissa started their career in 2008 at the Municipality of Anchorage, where they worked as a Senior Administrative Officer and Debt Collections Supervisor. In this role, they managed the Collections unit for delinquent fines and fees, overseeing an annual collection of over $5 million.

In 2019, Lorissa took on a new challenge and joined Vanenkevort Tug & Barge as an Account Associate. Lorissa worked in this position for two years, until September 2021.

While working at Vanenkevort Tug & Barge, Lorissa also pursued their passion for art as a freelance watercolor artist under the name Alaskanish Art by Lori Brumfiel.

In 2023, Lorissa transitioned to a leadership position as the Director of Finance at VanEnkevort Tug & Barge, Inc.

Lorissa Brumfiel earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University, completing their studies between 2014 and 2019. Lorissa also holds an Associate's degree in Accounting from the same university, although the duration of their enrollment for this degree is not specified. In addition to their formal education, Lorissa obtained a certification in "Microsoft Power Automate: Beyond the Basics" from LinkedIn in June 2021.
