Gourang Acharya

Gourang Acharya has a strong work experience in the field of HR, with a focus on various roles and responsibilities. Starting with G4S as a Talent Acquisition Manager from 2008 to 2011, they then moved on to Amrit Feeds Ltd as an HRBP in North & Central India from 2011 to 2013. Gourang further expanded their expertise at Dayal Group as a Sales HR from 2014 to 2015, and then at Indo Rama Synthetics (I) Ltd. as an HRBP from 2015 to 2021. Acharya gained experience as a Sr. Manager- HR (Sales Vertical) at CG Corp Global from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Functional Head HR at Vanesa Care Pvt. Ltd. from April 2023.

Gourang Acharya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Utkal University. Gourang later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Rajasthan. Currently, they are enrolled in the Executive Human Resource program at IIM Lucknow PGP-WE, with no specified start or end year for all mentioned educational pursuits.
