Mike Weeks

Mike Weeks has over 20 years of experience in the appraisal industry, currently serving as the VP of VCS Field Operations at Vanguard Appraisals, Inc. since January 2005. In this role, Mike manages field representatives responsible for selling, implementing, and training on CAMAvision software. Previously, Mike held various positions at Vanguard, including Senior VCS Field Manager and Regional Manager, where responsibilities included selling, implementing, and training local government agencies on appraisal software and services. Earlier career experience includes serving as Chief Deputy Assessor at Buchanan County Assessor's Office and as Appraiser I at Black Hawk County Assessor's Office. Mike's educational background includes studies at Iowa State University and Marshalltown Community College.
