Jonelle Silliman-Matthews

Jonelle Silliman-Matthews is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and finance management. Currently serving as an Accounting & Finance Manager at Vanguard Charitable since October 2022, Silliman-Matthews previously held the position of Director of Finance & Administration at Pennsylvania College of Art & Design from November 2016 to March 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing all business administration functions and leading the development of strategic financial management plans. Prior to that, Silliman-Matthews was the Executive Director/Controller of Accounting Services at Washington Adventist University from June 2007 to October 2016, providing oversight of accounting functions and financial reporting. Additional roles at Washington Adventist University included Director of Treasury and Staff Accountant.
