Karen Linscott

Karen Linscott is the Chief Operating Officer at Vanguard Communications since February 2017, having a strong background in nonprofit management and healthcare policy. Prior to this role, Linscott served as an Independent Consultant with KTL Nonprofit Management Services, providing strategic support to various prominent organizations. Linscott was also the inaugural Executive Director of The Rodham Institute, overseeing strategic initiatives and fundraising efforts. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at the National Business Coalition on Health and The Leapfrog Group, and as Vice President at Avalere Health. Linscott holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from The George Washington University and advanced degrees in Philosophy, Bioethics, and Public Policy from Georgetown University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Temple University.
