Cara Jacobs

Cara Jacobs is a seasoned Physician Assistant with extensive experience in primary care. Since June 2016, Cara has been with Vanguard Medical Group Primary Care, where responsibilities include providing comprehensive medical care to patients. Prior to this role, Cara worked at Family Practice of Centrastate from August 2014 to June 2016, further developing skills in patient management. Cara began the journey in healthcare as a Physician Assistant Student at Seton Hall University from 2011 to 2014, where foundational knowledge and clinical skills were developed. Education was completed at Seton Hall University.
