Lisa Hall

Director Human Resources at Vanguard Medical Group Primary Care

Lisa Hall has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Lisa started their career as a Manager of Human Resources at Pfizer in 1997, and then moved on to become a Manager of Human Resources at Stryker from 1998 to 2005. Lisa then worked as a Manager of Human Resources at High Mountain Health from 2009 to 2011. Following this, they worked as an HR Consultant from 2011 to 2014. Currently, Lisa is the Director of Human Resources at Vanguard Medical Group Primary Care, a position they have held since 2014.

Lisa Hall attended Randolph High School from 1985 to 1989. After completing high school, they enrolled at Virginia Wesleyan University where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from 1989 to 1994.
