Brad Kephart

Brad Kephart is an experienced quality management professional with a solid background in continuous improvement and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Quality Continuous Improvement Manager at Vanguard Packaging since April 2019, Brad previously held the position of Quality Assurance Supervisor at Plastic Packaging Technologies, LLC from June 2017 to March 2019. Prior to that, Brad was the QA Manager at Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions, Inc. from February 2010 to June 2017, and worked as a QC Specialist II at Kemin Health from November 2007 to February 2010. Brad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Graceland University between 2000 and 2004.
