Michael Routledge

Michael Routledge has extensive experience in operations and management, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Starting as a Pre-Production Manager at Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies in 1997, they progressed to roles such as Project Manager at American Air Filter, Group Operations Manager at Hockway Ltd., and Regional Director in the Middle East at Aegion Corporation. Michael'smost recent positions include Director of Market Development and Senior Director of Operations at Energy Recovery, Inc. before moving to their current role as the Vice President of Operations at Vanguard Renewables in July 2021.

Michael Routledge completed their Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering at South Tyneside Marine & Mechanical College in the UK from 1997 to 2002. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General, at the University of Strathclyde.
