Michael Ridgewell serves as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management and Resort Operations at Vacatia, where responsibilities include leading asset strategy and resort operations for over 50 resorts and 15,000 units, along with executing a multi-system transformation roadmap aimed at enhancing revenue and reducing costs. Prior to this role, Michael provided consulting services on hotel performance and guest experience as a self-employed advisor and held positions such as Regional Vice President of Operations at Schulte Hospitality Group, overseeing 30 properties and generating significant revenue, and Area Managing Director at Highgate, managing a complex resort portfolio in Key West. With an educational background from the University of Central Florida's Rosen College of Hospitality Management, Michael holds both a Bachelor's degree and a Master of Science in Hospitality and Tourism, expected in 2026.
