Jennifer O’Connell

Jennifer O'Connell has over 23 years of experience in regulatory compliance and fire protection engineering. Jennifer currently serves as the Director of Regulatory Compliance and Fire Protection Engineer at Vanguard Resources, Inc., where they provide life safety and code consulting services to the healthcare community. Previously, Jennifer was the CEO and Fire Protection Engineer at Life Safety Consortium, LLC from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Koffel Associates, Inc. as a Manager and Health Care Specialist, managing a team of engineers and focusing on life safety and code consulting for healthcare facilities. Jennifer also has experience as a Fire Protection Engineer and Student Intern at Koffel Associates, Inc.

Jennifer O’Connell obtained a BS degree in Fire Protection Engineering from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 1996 to 1999.
