Scott Schulz

Scott Schulz has extensive experience in operations and leadership roles. Currently, they serve as the Chief Administrative Officer at Vanguard Supply Chain Solutions, where they have implemented operational enhancements and process improvements to drive sustainable growth. Prior to this, Scott was a Founding Member at Creative Practical Solutions LLC. Scott also held senior positions at Pharmacal Company, where they served as the SVP of Operations, and at Medefil, Inc., where they were the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations. In addition, they have held leadership roles at Envigo ++++, Taconic, Cardinal Health, and Baxter, where they managed various aspects of operations, including manufacturing processes, quality and compliance, and resource planning. Scott has a strong track record of leveraging lean manufacturing methods to improve efficiency and profitability.

Scott Schulz has an MBA degree in Business from Roosevelt University and a BA degree in Business from Northeastern Illinois University. Scott also has additional certifications including CPIM - Certification in Production and Inventory Management from APICS and Certified Six Sigma Engineer from Baxter International Inc.
