Alice Cruz

Alice Cruz, CFP®, currently serves as the Head of Regional & Community Bank and Trust Account Sales at Vanguard since July 2019, leading a team focused on Bank & Institutional channel clients. Prior roles at Vanguard include Head of M&A and Strategic Partnerships and Senior Manager of Corporate Development, where Alice contributed to the establishment of the Strategic Business Development team and completed Vanguard's first corporate acquisition. Earlier experience includes positions as Corporate Strategy Senior Consultant and High Net Worth Leader of Leaders, where Alice managed large teams and focused on delivering exceptional service to high net worth investors. Alice holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
