Chelsea Ancheta

Chelsea Ancheta is an accomplished International Tax Specialist with extensive experience in the field of international taxation. Currently employed at Vanguard since September 2025, Chelsea previously held significant roles at Crane NXT as a Senior International Tax Accountant from April 2023 to August 2025 and at Crane Co. in the same capacity from February 2020 to April 2023. Chelsea began a tax career at RSM US LLP, progressing from a Tax Intern in June 2016 to a Senior Tax Associate by November 2017, accumulating valuable expertise in tax strategies and compliance. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut School of Business, further complementing academic foundations with a minor in Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies.
