Chris Tomasello

Chris Tomasello currently serves as a Business Information Security Officer (BISO) at Vanguard since February 2019. Prior to this role, Chris held positions in information security assurance at Susquehanna International Group, LLP from January 2017 to January 2019, and served as Vice President of Information Risk Management at Barclaycard from July 2005 to January 2017. Chris began a career in technology as a Senior Software Engineer at Half.com, an eBay Company, from October 2000 to July 2005, and earlier worked as an Information Systems Engineer at The Vanguard Group from 1998 to 2000. Chris's professional experience in software engineering also includes a tenure at Weidenhammer Systems Corporation from 1995 to 1998. Chris holds a Master of Business Administration from Saint Joseph's University and a degree in Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University.
