Christyn Rossman

Christyn Rossman is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in investment management. Since May 2013, Christyn has served as Assistant General Counsel and previously as Associate Counsel at Vanguard. Prior to this role, Christyn was an Associate Attorney at K&L Gates from January 2010 to May 2013. Christyn's legal career began with a Legal Fellow position at Transparency International USA in late 2009. Before entering the legal field, Christyn held the position of Circulation Group Manager at Source Interlink from 2002 to 2005. Christyn holds an MBA in Finance & Banking from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a law degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, in addition to a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State University.
