Claudia Harper

Claudia Harper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in private investments and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Private Investments at Vanguard since November 2022, Claudia previously founded CJH Private Consulting LLC, providing strategy consulting and organizational design from January 2022 to December 2022. Prior to that, Claudia held the position of Chief of Staff to Penny Pritzker at PSP Partners from January 2019 to December 2022. Claudia's earlier career includes a tenure as Vice President and Director of Business Strategy at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management from January 2007 to December 2016. Academic credentials include an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
