Elisabeth Lim is currently the Head of Product for Advisor Sales and Strategic Operations at Vanguard, where they lead strategic initiatives and oversee product management. Previously, they held various roles at Vanguard, including Innovation Ecosystem Senior Manager and Senior Product Manager, where they successfully managed significant product developments and partnerships. Elisabeth has also contributed to the fields of education and healthcare, having served as an educator and adjunct professor, and worked in business strategy at Accenture, focusing on analytics and growth strategies. They earned a BA in Spanish and a BA in English from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, an MAT in Education from Johns Hopkins University, and an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business.
