Gwen Kestin

Gwen Kestin, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and Lean Agile coaching. Since April 1999, Gwen has been with Vanguard, serving as a Lean Agile Coach and IT Project Manager, focusing on training in Lean best practices and consulting on Agile practices for teams. Prior to Vanguard, Gwen worked at First Union from December 1989 to April 1999 as a Project Manager, leading enhancement projects related to credit analysis software and managing various aspects such as training and vendor relations. Gwen holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University and has a background in French and Biochemistry from Brown University and Virginia Commonwealth University.
