Hillary Seith

Hillary Seith is currently the Senior Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Vanguard, where they focus on fostering inclusive environments. They began their journey at Vanguard as an MBA intern in Corporate Communications and have since held various roles, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Specialist and Culture & Engagement Consultant. Prior to this, they served as a Business Manager at Alusiv, Inc., overseeing strategy and operations from 2007 to 2015. Hillary also demonstrated leadership as President of the Graduate Women in Business Committee at Villanova University and contributed to the Philadelphia Theatre Company as an Education and Community Projects Associate. They hold an MBA in Strategic Management from Villanova University and have a diverse educational background, including a BA from Swarthmore College.
