Jennifer Faris has extensive experience in recruitment and sales, beginning as a Territory Sales Manager at ADP and transitioning into medical sales with Forest Pharmaceuticals. After nearly 12 years in medical sales, Jennifer became a recruiter at KBA Consultants before founding Health Search Partners, a boutique recruiting firm focused on the Medical, Biotech, and Pharmaceutical industries. Jennifer further advanced within the talent acquisition field as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Vanguard. Academically, Jennifer holds a BA in Communications/Business from the University of Arizona and an MSSW in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin.
