Jing Jia

Jing Jia is an accomplished data science leader with extensive experience in client experience and risk modeling across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as a Senior Data Science Manager at Vanguard since October 2021, Jing has successfully expanded the team significantly while fostering a culture of innovation, resulting in pioneering solutions that enhance client experience. Prior to Vanguard, Jing held senior roles at Citi and Barclaycard, where leadership in complex risk modeling, machine learning techniques, and stakeholder engagement led to improved outcomes and compliance. With a solid educational background, including a Ph.D. in Decision Sciences & Engineering Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Jing brings a strong analytical framework and strategic insight to data-driven challenges.
