Joe Bertsch

Joe Bertsch is an experienced professional in the field of technology and business, currently serving as a Senior Solutions Consultant and Cloud Economist in the Cloud Business Office at Vanguard since April 2000. Previously, Joe held various roles at Vanguard, including IT Project Manager and Scrum Lead, and Systems Engineer. Prior to joining Vanguard, Joe worked as a Technical Business Analyst at Camanco Communications, Inc., and as Manager of the Northeast Region at The Judge Group. Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a minor in Economics from West Virginia University and a Master of Science in Information Science focused on Information Technology from Penn State Great Valley.
