Justin Strickland

Justin Strickland is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in risk management and compliance. Currently serving as the Head of Equities, ETFs, and Options Trading at Vanguard since August 2017, Justin has also held the roles of Senior Risk Director and Senior Director of Institutional Risk, where responsibilities included leading risk organizations, strategic vision development, and oversight of comprehensive risk assessments for various operational domains. Prior to joining Vanguard, Justin held the position of Senior Vice President of Operational Risk at Wells Fargo Advisors, focusing on regulatory compliance and operational risk management. Additionally, Justin served as a Senior Manager at Express Scripts. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from East Carolina University.
