Karen Li, CPA, currently serves as Chief of Staff for Investment Management & Finance Risk at Vanguard since November 2021, having previously held the role of Risk Management Analyst in the same division. In this position, Karen leads top risk initiatives and prepares regular risk updates for Finance leaders. Prior to Vanguard, Karen worked at EY from October 2015 to November 2021, advancing from FSO Associate to FSO Assurance Senior and eventually becoming an FSO Assurance Manager. Karen holds a Master of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Accountancy in Accounting and Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
