Kim Hamstra

Kim Hamstra currently serves as the Head of Core HR Technology at Vanguard, overseeing teams responsible for Core HCM, Security, Total Rewards, and Tech Enablement within the Corporate Systems division. With extensive experience in HR technology and program management, Kim previously held leadership roles at Mercer as the Principal, PMO Strategy Leader, and at Workday as Principal, Customer Success Leader for the US Southeast Region, along with other consultant positions focused on customer enablement and professional services. Prior to these roles, Kim worked as a Senior Consultant at Ceridian and managed customer implementation at Snagajob. Kim holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Capella University and a BA in Information Technology from the University of South Florida.
