Klaudia Breslavets, MBA, is an experienced professional with a strong background in investment technology and project management at Vanguard since June 2009. Currently serving as an Investment Technology Learning Program Manager, Klaudia has played a crucial role in shaping program vision and strategy while managing relationships with domain experts. Previous roles include Technology Program Manager for the DevSecOps Enablement Program, IT Project Manager for the Test Transformation/Shift Left Program, and Major Release Lead for the Retail Technology Group.
