Krystal Cobb Scott

Krystal Cobb Scott currently serves as the Head of Controls and Oversight for Personal Investor at Vanguard since July 2025. Prior to this role, Krystal held several senior positions at Wells Fargo from July 2021 to May 2025, including Managing Director for both the Head of Consumer, Small & Business Banking BSA/AML Transformation and Business Controls Executive. Krystal's extensive experience also includes 16 years at Bank of America, where roles included SVP for Risk Management Executive, Consumer Chief Risk Officer, and SVP for Business Controls, among others. In these roles, Krystal focused on risk management, compliance, operational efficiency, and team performance, implementing significant initiatives to enhance oversight and control frameworks. Krystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications with a minor in Journalism from Bowling Green State University.
