Lauren Erickson

Lauren Erickson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and workplace operations. Currently serving as the Global Workplace Experience Program Manager at Vanguard since October 2019, Lauren orchestrates the development of a significant 700,000 square foot headquarters in Charlotte, collaborating with various teams to ensure operational readiness. Previous roles at Vanguard include leading the Capital Program Management Office, managing a portfolio valued at $430 million, and overseeing daily operations at the Malvern headquarters. Prior to Vanguard, Lauren held project management positions at Watchdog Real Estate Project Management and Hessert Construction Group, along with a background in banking at Wells Fargo and Citizens Bank. Lauren holds degrees from Thomas Jefferson University and Cabrini University.
