Leilah Mack

Leilah Mack is the Head of Operational Excellence at Vanguard, overseeing a 400-person organization focused on enhancing client health metrics through methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile. With over seven years of leadership experience at Vanguard, Leilah has also held roles including Head of Strategic Support and Delivery for Specialized Retail Programs and Compliance Manager. Leilah's career began with various internships, including positions at Merrill Lynch and First Solar, before gaining significant experience as an IT Project Coordinator at Banner Health and an Executive Team Leader at Target. Leilah holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from Arizona State University and a certificate in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School.
