Liliane Cooper

Liliane Cooper, Esq. currently serves as Senior Counsel for Commercial Contracts and Data Privacy in the Office of the General Counsel at Vanguard, a position held since July 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Intellectual Property Associate at Wilftek LLC, where responsibilities involved reviewing IT agreements and ensuring compliance with intellectual property and data privacy terms. Liliane held a Judicial Law Clerk position at the Family Court of the State of Delaware, drafting court orders and conducting legal research. Earlier roles include a Student Attorney at the Villanova Clinic for Law and Entrepreneurship, a Legal Intern with the United States Department of Justice, and various judicial internships at state and federal courts. Liliane holds a Juris Doctor from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, and is recognized as a 2024 LCLD Pathfinder at Vanguard.
