Meena Krishnappa is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in IT operations and resilience. Currently serving as Director of Global Technology Operations at Vanguard since June 2019, Meena oversees resiliency and recovery operations to ensure the organization's readiness for significant disruptions, focusing on data center and cloud platform recoverability. Previously, from October 2008 to May 2019, Meena held the position of Senior Manager for Retail Systems at Vanguard, leading initiatives aimed at enhancing system availability and stability.
