Lavender Jaikaran possesses extensive experience in HR technology and operations, currently serving as Director of Global HR Technology & Operations at TMX Group since May 2018. Prior roles at TMX Group include Manager of HR Technology & Workforce Analytics and Senior HR Analyst in the same domain. Prior to TMX Group, Lavender held positions at Mackenzie Investments, including HR Systems & Reporting Specialist and HR Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University and a Certificate in People Analytics from York University.
