Paola Pernas

Paola Pernas is a seasoned professional in business development and strategic planning, currently serving as a Business Development Executive at Vanguard since January 2024. Prior experience includes holding the position of Vice President Portfolio Consulting for Latin America at BlackRock from February 2022 to December 2023, and serving as the Director of International Affairs and Strategic Planning at CONSAR from March 2016 to January 2019. Additional roles include Deputy Director of the Strategic Planning Unit at CONSAR, Senior Consultant and Community Manager at México ¿Cómo vamos?
