Sylvia Drewling

Sylvia Drewling currently serves as a Senior Project Manager for Corporate Change within Strategic Services at Vanguard, a role begun in May 2023, while also acting as Chief of Staff at Vanguard Group Europe GmbH, where responsibilities include supporting the Managing Director in strategic planning and aligning cross-departmental activities. Prior to Vanguard, experience at zeb consulting spanned from October 2016 to September 2022, where Sylvia held various roles from Consultant to Manager in Strategy & Organization. Previous work history includes positions at Infineon Technologies and Volkswagen AG, commencing with internships and working student roles focused on finance and innovation projects. Educational qualifications include an LL.M.oec. in Business Law and Economic Law, an M.Sc. in Accounting, Taxation, and Finance from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Dresden and studies at Haute École Économique et Technique Brussels.
