Tara Hewlett

Tara Hewlett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, project management, and leadership development. Currently employed at Vanguard since 2012, Tara serves as a Business Transformation & Change Management Project Manager, leading various transformational programs. Tara also oversees the Vanguard Accelerated Development Lead - Leadership Development program, focusing on talent attraction and coaching, as well as managing operations and risk functions in Securities Lending. Prior to Vanguard, Tara held the position of Portfolio Accounting Supervisor at Nuveen Investments, where oversight of a ten-member team was required to manage substantial asset reconciliation. Additionally, Tara has contributed as a producer and costume design mentor at Marple Newtown School District, and developed a range of content in freelance capacities. Tara holds a degree from The Catholic University of America.
