Wendy Yu is a versatile UX researcher and product strategist, currently serving as the Lead UX Researcher at Vanguard, where they lead discovery and evaluative research for B2B enterprise software products. Previously, Wendy contributed as a Content Analyst at Hanover Research and as a Business Analyst at Censeo Consulting Group, utilizing mixed-methods research to drive product development and improve user experience. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from Tufts University, and are currently a cross-registrant at Harvard Business School. Outside of professional pursuits, Wendy enjoys engaging in aquatic activities and cooking for their community.
