A K M Siful Alam is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in e-commerce, systems administration, and customer service. Currently serving as the E-commerce and System Administrator at Vanilla Underground since August 2019, Siful Alam is responsible for developing and maintaining e-commerce platforms and business system integrations. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Wireless Communications and Systems Engineering from the University of Greenwich and a BSc in Computer Science and Information Technology from The University of Comilla.
