Kase Wickman is an experienced journalist and content strategist with a diverse background in media and culture. Currently serving as a Reporter for Culture & Society and Contributing Editor at Vanity Fair since September 2022, Wickman has also held temporary roles such as HWD editor. With a strong entrepreneurial background as the founder of Worst Kase Scenarios LLC since May 2008, Wickman specializes in content strategy consultation, freelance writing, and editing with a focus on culture and entertainment. Additionally, Wickman authored the non-fiction book "BRING IT ON: THE COMPLETE STORY OF THE CHEERLEADING MOVIE THAT CHANGED, LIKE, EVERYTHING," published in December 2022. Previous experience includes positions at Yahoo Creative Studios, New York Post, MTV News, The Daily, Raw Story, Village Voice Media, and NPR, where Wickman developed a robust skill set in reporting, editing, and creative direction.
