Beau Bales

Beau Bales is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technology and security management. As the Director of IT & Security at VanKirk Electric, Inc. since August 2016, Beau oversees software, server and network administration, inventory management, and both cyber and physical security for the company. In addition, Beau is the owner of BalesTech, LLC, a small IT business established in May 2008. Previous positions include Lead Support Engineer at IntelligIS, Inc., IT Support Specialist at Asbury Automotive Group, IT Inventory Supervisor at The Beam Team, IT Support Technician at the University of Georgia, and IT Helpdesk Analyst at EITS, University of Georgia. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Anthropology from The University of Georgia and an Associate of Arts in Sociology & Computer Science from Georgia State University.
