Lina Kucinskaite

Lina Kucinskaite has a diverse range of work experience. Lina started their career as a PR intern at UAB Inlinen, where they later became a project manager and worked on branding projects. Lina then interned as a journalist at Delfi Lietuva before working as a marketing and sales manager at Redeem Group, where they managed an online store. Following this, Lina worked at Optiver as a graduate recruiter and employer branding intern. Lina then joined WeAreKeen | Tech Talent Partners, where they served as an internal talent partner and later as a senior talent partner. Lina also worked at ParkBee as a recruiter, All Options as a talent acquisition manager, and currently works at VanMoof as a team lead tech / HQ recruitment. Their responsibilities have included full-cycle recruitment, account management, talent management, recruitment marketing, and business development.

Lina Kucinskaite has a diverse education history. Lina began with their secondary education at Kauno Jono Jablonskio gimnazija from 2002 to 2010. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies at Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas, which they completed from 2011 to 2015. Lina then continued their education at Aston University, where they obtained a BSc degree in Marketing from 2010 to 2011. Afterward, they attended the University of Amsterdam from 2016 to 2017, where they achieved a Master's degree in New Media & Digital Culture.

In addition to their formal education, Lina has obtained several certifications. Lina completed an Intensive Dutch Language Training at Language Institute Regina Coeli in November 2019 and a Dutch Language course (A2) at ROC in July 2019. Lina also obtained certifications in various areas such as strategic business and marketing strategies, creativity in advertising and project management, and Spanish language at different institutions and years.
